When do the Special Nights take place?

The season begins on Friday, 4 December 2026. The 18 themed evenings follow the dates on the posters until 23 March 2027; New Year’s Eve takes place on 31 December. Sonnbühel officially opens earlier, on 3 December 2026 at 12:00.

How do I book my Special Night?

Open your chosen evening, select the number of people and enter your contact details. After you have reviewed the terms, the secure Stripe payment page opens. Only a verified payment confirms the booking. No real payments are collected in test mode.

What about the menu, allergies and getting there?

We discuss the details, menu inclusions, prices, dietary requirements and travel arrangements personally for each evening. The mood images for the themed evenings are not binding descriptions of the menu.
